A complete revamping of an old building near the Portuguese Parliament, Edition 39 offers an experience of quietude within Lisbon's streets through its balconies and patios.
This feel has carried through to the apartment interiors, blending functionality with comfort and providing an environment effortlessly responding to its urban context.

Within the apartments a mixture of timber floors with stone linings associated with high quality equipment inclusive of reverse cycle a/c throughout, underpin the understated sophistication of Edition 39.
Its tall ceilings, combined with the flooding natural light provided by Lisbon's sun, make for a living experience like no other. The duality of a modern dwelling within Lisbon's old streets is a reality made possible through this building.
